Just perfect overall experience. The courteous service was provided in this recently renovated and absolutely great hotel. Breakfast with sausage, bagels, juices.

Good basic hotel in a downtown area close to Mayo campuses and other locations and a youth wrestling tournament happening with many many athletes and Mayo and restaurants. Totally perfect stay for a Mayo visit.

The property is clean; pet-friendly and beautifully maintained rooms; comfy bed. Decent staff upon my request and clean facilities.

I loved staying here and would come here again. Excellent hotel, the staff were all extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating and the location was marvellous in a movie theater. I had a free breakfast with sausage, yogurt and toast. The free parking was on site, impeccable service. The swimming pool was great too.

I didnt realize the pool was in a different building then my room, made the resveration here to have a pool was not able to use as did not want to walk accross the street, wish that would of been communicated

The accomidations & location close to the Mayo Clinic. We brought our grandson up for his six month evaluation and will be back.

Everything is really perfect here, had a very good stay in the apartments across the street on the next visit. The staff is especially helpful and really helpful, and the owner too. The location is perfect and magnificent, to the grocery store or the pharmacy.

Especially helpful and really helpful staff members upon my request, everything was really perfect. The room was perfect and neat, had central heating, TV, and a microwave oven. The bathroom was also clean and included a bathtub, which I greatly enjoyed.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the suite, plus a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven.
